Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate further action on the petitioner's compliant dated 27.06.2025 registered as CSR No.770/2025 and to conduct further investigation in accordance with law within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER
The petitioner has sought for direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's compliant dated 27.06.2025, which was registered as CSR No.770/2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending in CSR No.770/2025 to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
