Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned notice dated 24.07.2017 of the third respondent and quash the same as void, unlawful and illegal and violate of principles of natural justice.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the notice of survey passed by the third respondent dated 24.07.2017.

2. When the survey was sought to be conducted, it was informed by the son of the fourth respondent that the patta in respect of the property has not been mutated and therefore, the request of the survey would be reviewed after the mutated of the patta. Recording the same,

the survey was dropped.

3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
