This criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to reinvestigate the case in Crime No.35 of 2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed dropping the further action. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner being the father of the victim, is at liberty to file appropriate petition challenging the final report in accordance with law.
