ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition is filed to set aside the judgment dated 29.09.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.10 of 2014 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Padmanabapuram confirming the judgment dated 13.03.2014 in SC No.134 of 2006 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Padmanabapuram.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner, who is the accused in this case, had passed away on 18.11.2025 during the pendency of the criminal revision. A memo dated 06.01.2026 intimating the death of the petitioner, along with a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner, has also been filed before this Court.

3. Recording the above and taking note of the fact that the accused has died during the pendency of the proceedings, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as abated.
