****** Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on completion of trial, the petitioners were acquitted by the Additional Sessions Court/Fast Track Court, Thanjavur, by order dated 29.04.2014, in S.C.No.325 of 2008 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
2. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
