Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct 1st respondent to provide necessary police Protection to the petitioner, her husband and her one year old male child to save their life and to conduct their tyre business place property in Door No.31/1 workshop Road, Simmakkal, Madurai-1, based on her representation dated 12.12.2019.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct 1st respondent to provide necessary police Protection to the petitioner, her husband and her one year old male child to save their life and to conduct her tyre business place property in Door No.31/1 workshop Road, Simmakkal, Madurai-1, based on her representation dated 12.12.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's husband has given a complaint against his brother and based on which a case has been registered in Crime No.5 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147,148,448,506(ii) and 379 of IPC.
