[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 23.08.2018, made in W.P.(MD)No.18311 of 2018.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and he has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tenkasi, in Na.Ka.m5/1479/2019, dated 12.07.2019, to that effect, which is refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned before the appropriate
