This writ petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to correct the deficiency of 170 sq.ft in the extent of the property in TSLR record located at New Ward D, Block 27, T.S.No.126 and 127 part, No.C-23, NorthEast Extension, 3rd Cross, Thillainagar, Trichy in accordance with extent found in the conveyance deed dated 18.08.1982 by conducting suitable enquiry based on the petitioner's representations, dated 10.04.2023, 08.08.2023 and 14.10.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the 2/5

petitioner seeking to correct the deficiency of 170 sq.ft in the extent of the property in TSLR record located at New Ward D, Block 27, T.S.No.126 and 127 part, No.C-23, North-East Extension, 3rd Cross, Thillainagar, Trichy in accordance with extent found in the conveyance deed dated 18.08.1982 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
