PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioner on Interim Bail in connection with Complaint number NCB F No.48/1/21/2023/NCB/MDS on the file of the Respondent. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.10.2023 for the offences under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 28 and 29 of NDPS Act in NCB F.No: 48/1/21/2023/NCB/MDS, dated 29.10.2023 on the file of the respondent, seeks interim bail.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father passed away on 04.11.2024 and his funeral was conducted on 05.11.2024. The petitioner is the elder son and the final rites are going to be held on 12.11.2024. Hence the petitioner wants to visit Kerala and perform the final rites. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Taking into consideration the request made by the petitioner, the petitioner is enlarged on interim bail and he is permitted to visit Trivandrum District, Kerala. 2/4

The petitioner shall be accompanied by a Escot provided by Tamil Nadu Police and a direction is issued to the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City in this regard. The petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Madurai on 15.11.2024 by 05.30 p.m.
