ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register a case, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondent shall communicate the result of the enquiry in writing to the petitioner.
