O R D E R

The Petition is filed to transfer the investigation of case in Crime No. 36 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent police to some other investigation agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation was conducted in Crime No.36 of 2025 registered under section 194 of BNSS, 2023 and the same was closed as "further action was dropped".

3. Since no investigation is pending, there cannot be any transfer of investigation. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the result of the investigation, it is open to him to challenge the same, if so advised.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
