ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No.11366 of 2022, dated 07.10.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that after completion of investigation, they have submitted a report stating that it is a money dispute and the parties are directed to sort out their remedy before the civil Court and they have also produced the copy of the report.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
