This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil right of the petitioner by preventing the petitioner from opening his grocery shop viz., Muthu Grocery Shop at Subramaniapuram Pudur Village, Ittamozhi, Thisayanvilai Taluk,

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that for the case registered for murder of the fourth respondent's father, the petitioner's brother was arrayed as an accused, that the incident was occurred on 24.10.2022 and that since tension was prevailing in the area, the respondent police requested the 2/4

petitioner to close the shop for the time being. He would further submit no petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and they will not direct the petitioner to close the shop any further.
