O R D E R
This petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation dated 28.02.2025 has been considered and rejection order has been passed by the respondents.
3. Heard both sides and perused the records.
4. A perusal of the rejection order shows that the jail authorities are providing nutritious diet to the petitioner's husband.
5. In view of the above stated facts, this Court finds that the relief sought for by the petitioner itself has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy, if she is so aggrieved by the order of rejection.
