The petitioner/accused in Spl.SC.No.65 of 2022, on the file of the Additional Sessions Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Karur has filed this petition to suspend the sentence imposed on him by the trial Court, for the offence under Section 6 and 12 of POCSO Act. 2.Today(17.03.2026), when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
