Respondent/Plaintiff Prayer :- Appeal Suit filed under section 96 of the Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 18.09.2019 passed in O.S.No. 13 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Pudukottai.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 30.06.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, vide letter in D.No.2997/23, dated 23.06.2023, this Court made the following order:- Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for trial Court".

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide judgment dated 30.06.2022, has directed the trial Court to initiate suo motu final decree proceedings and appoint an advocate commissioner and proceed with the final decree within a period of six months from the date of its initiation.

3. The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai has submitted a requisition dated 23.06.2023 stating that an advocate commissioner was appointed on 14.03.2023 and he was directed to file his report positively on 18.04.2023 and that subsequently, at the request of the advocate commissioner, time was extended till 27.06.2023 and hence, seeks six months further time for disposal of the case.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the direction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant four months further time. Accordingly, four months further time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
