ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 25.01.2023 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to quash the case in S.C.No.119 of 2019, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Theni.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police 3/5

submits that the judgment in S.C.No.119 of 2019 was pronounced by the learned Principal District Judge, Theni on 27.02.2025 and the case ended in acquittal. A copy of the same has also been produced before this Court.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
