: Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to orders of the 1st respondent passed in G.O.Ms.No.129, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (SGS-1) Department, dated 25.10.2016 in respect of Clause 7 (ii) and (iv) in the Annexure of guidelines for the implementation plan for THAI - II Scheme for the year 2016-2017 and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal.
