ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.274 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant questioned the petitioners about the consuming liquor, the petitioners herein have thrown the empty beer bottles outside of the garden and also attacked the defcto complainant and caused injury. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners herein are having 8 and 10 previous cases respectively in similar nature and hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners herein are having previous cases in similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
