2. Though a larger relief has been prayed in these writ petitions to regularise the petitioner's service from the date of completion of 10 years on 02.02.2004 and on 03.02.2013 respectively, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider their representations, dated 11.01.2017.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the Government has issued a direction to the respondents University not to regularise the employees.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents, this Court directs the petitioners to submit a fresh representation enclosing the service particulars to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks 2/3

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representations, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
