ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct survey as per Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and to fix boundaries in respect of lands comprised in Survey No.182/3A6 measuring an extent of 8 acres situated at Sadayaneri Village, Mulaikaraipatti Sub Registrar District, Thisayanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District on the basis of petitioner's application dated 16.07.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner purchased the property in S.No.182/3A6, situated at Sadayaneri Village, Mulaikaraipatti Sub Registrar District, Thisayanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District under the sale deeds dated 13.01.2006, 15.03.2009 and 09.04.2012. The fourth respondent, who was the adjacent land owner, tried to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. Hence, the petitioner decided to survey the land and to fix the boundaries. The petitioner filed an application in this regard on 16.07.2024, and also paid the necessary fees. As the petitioner's application was not considered till date, the petitioner filed the above Writ Petition for the aforesaid relief. 2/7
