This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate proceedings upon the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2017 and ensure the constitutional and statutory rights of the petitioner and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take effective steps to eradicate untouchability and other communal violence in Mallakottai Village, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had left the country and gone abroad. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
