2.By the impugned Government Order, some of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Services Rules have been amended. Challenging the same, this writ petition came to be filed. 2/4

3.In view of promulgation of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
