Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AZAGARSAMI AK., Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20642 of 2022, dated 22.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

4.Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20642 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.15658 of 2022 Judicial Magistrate, Natham on the first working day of January 2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the concerned Magistrate, without fail.
