O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter "X", aged 17 years, went to School on 28.11.2022 and did not return. Suspecting that "X" is in illegal detention of one Surya, who is already a married person and was working as a Parotta Master in a nearby Hotel, her mother has filed this habeas corpus petition.

2. Today, M.Saathu Ramesh (Cell No.83000 20995), Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai City, is present.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Anna Nagar Police Station Crime No.667 of 2022 was registered on 29.11.2022 and during the course of investigation, "X" was secured in Chennai and is produced before us. The parents of "X" are also present before this Court.

4. When we enquired "X", she stated that she is willing to go with her parents.

5. Recording the above submission of "X", this habeas corpus petition is closed.
