(D) No.1067 dated 16.08.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and R.C.No. 011618/AP.2(3).2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to grant the increment for the year 2015-2016 to 2017 to 2018 to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders.
