ORDER

The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a mandamus to the respondents to consider their representation dated 20.07.2017 seeking re-conveyance of the lands in Survey Nos.293/1, 293/2 and 293/2A to an extent of 72 cents situated at Villipathiri Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District to the petitioners as per the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

2. This Court is informed that the properties acquired have already been alienated to 541 purchasers and the compensation amount has also been received by the petitioners.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
