ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the third respondent and their henchmen, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has taken the vehicle from the third respondent in the month of September but, he has not paid EMI for the months of September, October and November.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already remitted the amount and he is ready to produce the receipts of the same before the concerned Police. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to produce the receipts before the second respondent and on production of such receipts, the second respondent is directed to pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
