ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the fourth respondent, would submit that based upon the compromise that had been entered into between the petitioner and the fifth respondent, the proceedings initiated against the fifth respondent ended in acquittal.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
