This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of transfer passed by the first respondent dated 06.12.2022 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim stay granted by this Court dated 19.12.2022, the impugned order of transfer was withdrawn on 04.01.2023 and no further order is required in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 30.01.2023
