This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.16166 of 2022, dated 18.06.2024 has not been complied with.
2.Today(13.12.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.16166 of 2022, dated 18.06.2024, a writ appeal has been preferred by the respondent Educational Department before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court, however, with a delay of 20 days, wherein, the Honourable Division Bench has ordered notice. 2/7
3.Since the matter has been seized of by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court, this contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy, depending upon the outcome of the pending writ appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore submits that service particulars required by the petitioner is for the years 1972 to 1975. Those records were not traceable and now with great difficulty, they have collected the same the proposal would be sent to the Accountant General within a period of one week.
2.Though this Court is not inclined to appreciate the manner in which the order has been complied with by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, considering the fact that the required service particulars is meant for the years 1972 to 1975 and now it is reported that the proposal would be sent within a week, this Court is inclined to adjourn the matter to the third week of January 2025. 3.The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore is directed to send the proposal to the Accountant General as undertook by them, without any further delay and the first respondent /the Secretary to Government shall also take a call on the proposal, as directed by this Court in WP(MD) No.499 of 2020. 6/7
