3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) states that no complaint has been received against the petitioner as such. It appears that one Kasthuri of Trichy has given a complaint against one car dealer by name Jay Anand. The petitioner appears to be a bona fide purchaser.

CRL OP(MD). No.19242 of 2019 4.I am of the view that the apprehension of arrest entertained by the petitioner is not having any basis. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
