2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 and the 2/4

learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 5 would submit that the matter is settled between the parties and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.
