records pertaining to the impugned Notice issued by the third respondent dated 21.06.2017 and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to issue the Patta for the land in occupation of the petitioner's comprised in Survey No.23/4 to an extent of 5 cents of Nilaiyur I Bit Village, Thirupparankundram Taluk, Madurai District. When the matter was called, Mr.D.S.Nedunchezhian, learned Government Advocate would submit that individual patta has been issued to the two petitioners, after subdividing the survey number into S.Nos.23/59 and 23/60 each measuring an extent of 0.0.60 Hectares and patta has been issued in the name of the first and second petitioners as Patta Nos.1072 and 1073 respectively.
