The petitioner with a grievance that his application dated 24.03.2016 for transfer of patta was not considered has filed this writ petition. 2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and patta was transferred in the petitioner's name.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
