The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the writ petitioner's representation vide application No.103/14 dated 04.08.2014 within a specific time.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2014 is pending and the second respondent may be directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.

3. Considering the limited prayer now sought for and without entering into the merits of the case, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
