2. The petitioner challenges the building permission that had been given to the second respondent for constructing a school building by following the due process of law.
3. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent has now constructed a school after getting appropriate planning permission from the respective authority. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
