No.22/3, Kanjipatti village had been subdivided by the petitioner's grandparents, but that the revenue records were not duly updated, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of within a period of three (3) months on merits.
3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's request for rectification of the 'A' Register and other records within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons interested in the relevant property. No costs.
