O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents Police not to harass the petitioner pursuant to her representation, dated 18.10.2023.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Even though notice was served upon the third respondent, none appears.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that since it is a matrimonial issue between the husband and wife, the matter has been referred to the conciliation process.

4. In view of the above said, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. The petitioner has to appear before the conciliation officer without fail and co-operate with him to complete the above said process.

5. With the above said direction, this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
