Patta No.4591 was issued to the petitioner in respect of eight ares in Survey No.159/6A by classifying the said land as 'Punjai'. On the basis that the land should be classified as Natham and not Punjai, after 1/4

submitting representations to the first and second respondents, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. On instructions, he submits that the matter is under examination by the Revenue Divisional Officer. He submits that a decision would be taken on the petitioner's representation within eight weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to issue a speaking order, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, disposing of the petitioner's representation.
