PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records with respect to the second respondent proceeding in Ka.No.2B.Po/K.Ka/M.Path/Koo.K/Ma.No.74/15.16 dated 04.03.2016 and quash the same to direct the second respondent to conduct the enquiry by considering the objection of the obtaining of the petitioner.

2.What is under challenge is the communication dated 04.03.2016 issued by the second respondent. I went through the contents of the said communication. It merely reads that the Authority has not received any application for grant of service connection to the houses of the named respondents. I fail to understand as to what is there to challenge in this communication. That apart it is a reply sent to the petitioner's counsel in response to his letter dated 25.02.2016.
