This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent / contemnor for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.10.2017 passed in W.P.(MD) No.6971 of 2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.6971 of 2017 by this Court dated 23.10.2017, has been complied with by the respondent and that the learned counsel prays before this Court that the contempt petition ought to be closed.
