Pleased to call for the records in C.C.No.146 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and quash the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BANUPRASATH.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant extension of time for the period of one week to comply the order passed in Cr.O.P(MD).No.1081 of 2019, dated 25.01.2019 on the file of this Court.

2. The petitioners have filed a quash petition before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1081 of 2019 and the same was allowed with a condition that each of the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one Thousand only) as costs, to the credit of High Court Legal Service committee Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of that order and the same was not complied with so far and the present petition has been filed after a long delay.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after receiving the order copy by the petitioner's counsel, the same was informed to lower Court counsel regarding the contents of the order. The lower Court counsel did not inform about the costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one Thousand only) to the petitioners and thereafter due to Covid situation, the petitioners are unable to comply the order of this Court dated 25.01.2019.

4. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.01.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1081 of 2019 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
