This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1123/2015-Kanimam dated 12.01.2017 passed by the first respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, produced a copy of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.19585 of 2022 and submitted that pursuant to the above order, assignment has been made on the alternative site.

3.In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
