Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pay the petitioner Rs. 5,75,225/- towards Gratuity Rs. 3,58,515/- towards Leave Salary together with 18% interest per annum, along with interest amount towards the delayed payment of EPF Employees Contribution amount Rs. 3,06,743/- for the period from 31.03.13 to 02.07.13 at the rate a per EPF Scheme and further directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to pay him interest amount towards the delayed payment of Pension Commutation amount Rs.2,89,804/- for the period from 01.04.2013 to 23.10.2013 at the rate of 18% interest p.a., within a stipulated time.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 08.08.2016 passed in W.P.(MD)No.14300 of 2016 has been complied with.

2. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
