Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to dispose of the E.P.No. 15/2021 dated 11.11.2021 on the file of District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the grounds and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier of this Court dated
15/11/2024 made in CRP(MD) No.2860 of 2024 and also the requisition letter in D.No.494/2025, dated 28/06/2025 of the District Munsif, Tiruchendur, this Court made the following order:
By order dated 15.11.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in E.P.No.15 of 2021 in A.S.No.450 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.494/2025, dated 28.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order dated 15.11.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 15.11.2024.
