ORDER

The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaints dated 11.07.2025 and 04.08.2025 and also provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and register a case against the respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and since the complaint disclosed a civil dispute, the same was closed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, would submit that the respondents did not conduct the enquiry in a fair manner, since the 4th respondent is working in the Police Department.

4. In the light of the above said submissions, the respondents shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before 2/4

jurisdictional Magistrate, if he is aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondents 1 and 2.
