ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings vide G.O.Ms.No.205, School Education (SE6(3)) Department, dated 15.11.2019 by which the Government granted approval to the appointment as a special case by relaxing rules so as to comply with the direction of this Court. In view of the order passed by the Government, it is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the salary and other monetary benefits will follow.

2.With the direction to the respondent to pay the arrears within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
