It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 03.03.2025, passed by this Court, instead of referring the provisions of the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948, the provisions of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 have been referred. This Court verified the same and found that the same is correct.
