India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the four boundaries in respect of the petitioner's land comprised in T.S.No.5/2 Puthur Village, Uraiyur, Trichy District and issue separate patta in their favour pursuant to the applications dated 19.07.2025 made by the petitioner's within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 15.12.1997 and an extract from the Town Survey Land Register, the petitioners have filed this Writ Petition after submitting an online application dated 19.07.2025.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the petitioners have purchased 3.84 acres from and out of a larger extent covered by the Town Survey Land Register. Therefore, he submits that other joint pattathars in respect of the aggregate extent of 3.13 hectares should be put on notice.

3. In view of the above submissions, the second respondent is 2/4

directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's online application on merits after putting all the other persons listed in the Town Survey Land Register on notice. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs. W.M.P.(MD) No.19693 of 2025 is allowed.
